If you damage an item, please contact us. When possible, we will assist you with repairs.

Shipping typically takes three business days for in-stock items.

A tracking number is provided upon item shipment. Expect your USPS Priority Mail® delivery in 1-3 business days from shipment.

Shipping for special orders or commissioned work will vary. We will contact you with an estimate. Please inform us in advance if you have a specific deadline.

USPS Priority Mail® Flat Rate Boxes are used to ship domestic orders for a fee of $10. This includes insurance.

At the moment, we exclusively ship within the United States.

Returns are accepted for makers defect or shipping damage. To get a return approval, make sure you report the return within 48 hours of receiving the item.

To exchange items, contact us via email within 7 days of receipt. You will be responsible for return postage and replacement shipping costs.

Special order, sale, or custom items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
